6000 C-TEC2 ENGINE WITH DSI: This 599 cc 2-stroke DSI is the unmodified version of the engine that’s been launching Team Arctic down the racetrack since 2012. This quickrevving, 125-class horsepower C-TEC2™ power mill is the product of a world-class engine assembly plant — ours. Whether you’re riding a ZR® an M or a Crossover, the 6000 is one of the most satisfying engines found in a snowmobile.
ARCTIC DRIVE SYSTEM: The Arctic Drive System features CVT drive and driven clutches for a combination of smooth shifting, optimal performance, maximum durability; great serviceability; and reduced weight. The new drive clutch features a roller bearing on the shaft that enables an auto-adjusting belt tension design and delivers consistent performance without manual adjustments. It also features a 12.5 percent lower effective starting ratio (while maintaining the top ratio) for smoother engagement and reduced belt wear at drive-away speed, with more evenly distributed force for lower belt pressure. It’s a design that’s unique to Arctic Cat.
ARCTIC RACE FRONT SUSPENSION: The Arctic Race front suspension’s geometry was developed through racing. Our unique wide A-arm spacing complements the chassis design, which allows us to maintain a tighter suspension. Hydraulic twin tube shocks provide the dampening to smooth out the whoops and bumps.
SLIDE-ACTION REAR SUSPENSION: The SLIDE-ACTION Rear Suspension™ brings race-day technology to everyday riding. Our U-shaped slot fits over a fixed shaft to allow a crucial half-inch of sliding movement. As the rear transfer blocks are engaged, the freeacting front arm follows the terrain, keeping your skis firmly planted over bumps and during aggressive cornering and acceleration. This significant detail controls ski lift during acceleration.

STEALTH LIGHTWEIGHT MASTER CYLINDER BRAKE SYSTEM: New for 2019, the Stealth lightweight master cylinder brake system features a new lever design for increased braking power with less required force compared to the previous design.
RIPSAW 129-IN. AND RIPSAW II 137-IN. TRACKS: The Ripsaw™ track features aggressive angled-lug profiles for outstanding forward and lateral traction on groomed trails. Its “chopped” lug design delivers excellent handling, acceleration and braking on hard-packed surfaces. A narrow lug base reduces rolling resistance for optimum top speed. And rigid lug design offers excellent long-term durability.
Most ZR® 129-in. models utilize the Ripsaw track. The Ripsaw II track combines the best features of Ripsaw, Cobra™ and Predator for excellent performance in a wide variety of trail conditions. It offers less side-bite through the corners than the original Ripsaw and comes with a 1.25in. lug height for optimal top speed. It’s standard on all ZR 137-in. models. ADJUSTABLE HANDLEBAR WITH 5.5-IN. RISER: Our easily adjustable handlebar allows you to set the perfect position for riding comfort.
PUSH-BUTTON REVERSE: Just a push of a button allows you to go from forward to reverse and back again smoothly, quickly and easily.
PROCROSS - 6 SKIS: This trail ski’s 6 in. width delivers excellent handling on hardpack snow and good flotation in loose snow. A stiff, deep keel provides positive cornering in all conditions. 11 INCH MID-HEIGHT WINDSHIELD: The perfect mix of protection and comfort, keeping any spray from slowing you down when the going gets really fast.
